Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1314.4","heading":"Supplemental health insurance","body":"(1) The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall provide\n\nsupplemental health insurance, in the manner provided in Section\n\n1314.5 of this title for Agency Plan participants. Such\n\nsupplemental insurance shall cover material differences between the\n\ncoverage under the State Plan and the Agency Plan. Material\n\ndifferences as of the effective date of this act are:\n\n(a) The difference between the Agency Plan and the State\n\nPlan with regard to the amount of the lifetime maximum\n\nbenefit;\n\n(b) The difference between the Agency Plan and the State\n\nPlan with regard to the amount of the annual hospital\n\ncopayment;\n\n(c) The difference between the Agency Plan and the State\n\nPlan with regard to the amount of the retiree\n\nprescription copayment;\n\n(d) The difference between the Agency Plan and the State\n\nPlan with regard to the allowable cost for a medical\n\nprocedure; provided the procedure was not readily\n\navailable from a provider under the State Plan.\n\n(2) The Commission may vary the terms of the supplemental\n\nhealth insurance at such times as there is a material change in the\n\ncoverage offered under the State Plan from coverage offered under\n\nthe Federal Plan.\n\n(3) The Commission may require participants to share in the\n\ncost of the supplemental health insurance or contribute to\n\ncopayments and/or provide for deductibles, if required by the United\n\nStates Department of Labor; provided that the cost to the\n\nparticipant for both the State Plan and the supplemental health\n\ninsurance does not exceed the cost to the participant for the Agency\n\nPlan as estimated by the Commission.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8655596324f24b02c08b1e860a57f24c804d05caf924aade160527b1775d85a6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1314.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1314.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
