Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1317","heading":"Blind vending stand operators and managing operators -","body":"Eligibility.\n\nAny legally blind person who is licensed by the Department of\n\nRehabilitation Services as a vending stand operator or managing\n\noperator shall be eligible for membership in the health insurance\n\nplan, dental insurance plan and life insurance plan referred to in\n\nthe Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Act. Enrollment in\n\nthe Plan shall be optional with each operator pursuant to the rules\n\nprescribed by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
