All health benefit plans that are offered by the Oklahoma\n\nHealth Care Authority shall provide coverage for side effects that\n\nare commonly associated with radical retropubic prostatectomy\n\nsurgery, including, but not limited to impotence and incontinence,\n\nand for other prostate-related conditions.\n\nB. The Authority shall provide notice to each insured or\n\nenrollee under the plan regarding the coverage required by this\n\nsection in the plan's evidence of coverage, and shall provide\n\nadditional written notice of the coverage to the insured or enrollee\n\nas follows:\n\n1. In the next mailing made by the plan to the employee; or\n\n2. As part of the enrollment information packet sent to the\n\nenrollee.\n\nC.
