Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1325","heading":"Changes in reimbursement rates or methodology - Hearing","body":"The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall schedule a hearing\n\nthirty (30) days prior to adopting any major change in the\n\nreimbursement rates or methodology. The Authority shall notify\n\nhealth care providers who provide services pursuant to a contract\n\nwith the Authority at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing.\n\nThe notice shall include proposed changes to the reimbursement rates\n\nor methodology. The Authority shall also inform such health care\n\nproviders at the hearing of any proposed changes to the\n\nreimbursement rates or methodology.
