Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1329","heading":"Health Savings Account - Contributions","body":"The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall contract with a vendor\n\nto make available a health savings account to all enrollees in the\n\nHealthChoice qualified high-deductible health plan. Any employer or\n\nemployee contributions to the health savings account shall be\n\nallowable as a remittance to the vendor through payroll deduction in\n\nconjunction with the employer's Section 125 Plan and shall not be\n\nsubject to any assessment of administrative fees by the Oklahoma\n\nHealth Care Authority or any state agency for remittance to the\n\nvendor.
