Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1332.2","heading":"Disability Insurance Program - Election to participate","body":"- Continued employee status during disability.\n\nA. Beginning July 1, 1990, persons who are active employees of\n\nthe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission may elect to participate\n\nin the Disability Insurance Program. Any election to participate\n\nshall be received by the State and Education Employees Group\n\nInsurance Board prior to January 1, 1991. Employees who do not\n\nelect to participate in the disability program shall not thereafter\n\nbe eligible to participate in the State Disability Insurance Program\n\nunless their present disability insurance coverage is canceled by\n\nthe insurer offering said coverage. In the event of such\n\ncancellation, all participants in the agency offered disability plan\n\nshall be immediately transferred to the state disability insurance\n\nplan. Any person who does not qualify for the Commission disability\n\nplan prior to their transfer to the State Plan shall participate in\n\nthe state disability insurance program.\n\nB.
