There is hereby created in the State Treasury the State\n\nEmployees DisabilityInsurance Reserve Fund. All appropriations,\n\ndividend payments, and investment income received pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the State Employees Disability Insurance Act, Section\n\n1331 et seq. of this title, shall be deposited in the reserve fund.\n\nB. The monies in said reserve fund shall be invested by the\n\nState and Education Employees Group Insurance Board in the manner\n\nspecified in Section 6 of this act. The Board shall have\n\nresponsibility for management of the fund.\n\nC.
