Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1343","heading":"Design, development, implementation or administration of","body":"employees flexible benefits plan - Personnel - Contracts.\n\nThe Board shall retain qualified agencies, persons or entities\n\nto design, develop, communicate, implement or administer the state\n\nemployees flexible benefits plan. The Board shall solicit proposals\n\non a competitive bid basis for such agencies, persons or entities\n\naccording to the standards set out in the Oklahoma Central\n\nPurchasing Act, Section 85.1 et seq. of this title. When requested\n\nby the Board, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nassist the Board in the process of selecting contracts for the\n\ndesign, development, communication or implementation of the state\n\nemployees flexible benefits plan.\n\nWhen awarding a contract for services pursuant to this\n\nsubsection, the Board shall satisfy itself that the contractor has\n\nno interests which would impair its ability to perform the tasks and\n\nservices required and that the contractor will exercise independent\n\njudgment when performing its responsibilities under the act and\n\nunder the agreement.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5c6218d6309d13075968f3587e228a85059106d3b38552541af644557a7172bd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1342","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-1344"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
