Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1346","heading":"Flexible Benefit Revolving Fund — Oklahoma Employees","body":"Insurance and Benefits Board.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Board to be\n\ndesignated the \"Flexible Benefit Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of employee payroll deductions and contributions for\n\nflexible spending accounts. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Board for expenses\n\nof the state employees flexible benefits plan and for expenses\n\nauthorized by law. The Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits\n\nBoard is authorized to pay employee claim costs associated with the\n\nstate employees flexible benefits plan from monies accrued for said\n\npurpose.
