All health benefit plans that are offered by the Oklahoma\n\nEmployees Insurance and Benefits Board shall provide coverage for\n\nside effects that are commonly associated with radical retropubic\n\nprostatectomy surgery, including, but not limited to impotence and\n\nincontinence, and for other prostate related conditions.\n\nB. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nprovide notice to each insured or enrollee under such plan regarding\n\nthe coverage required by this section in the plan's evidence of\n\ncoverage, and shall provide additional written notice of the\n\ncoverage to the insured or enrollee as follows:\n\n1. In the next mailing made by the plan to the employee; or\n\n2. As part of the enrollment information packet sent to the\n\nenrollee.\n\nC.
