It shall be the duty of any sheriff, chief of police, city\n\nmarshal, constable, or any other law enforcement officer,\n\nimmediately upon receipt of any report of a missing or runaway\n\nperson, to send one copy of such report to the Oklahoma State Bureau\n\nof Investigation and enter such information, when applicable, to the\n\nNational Crime Information Center. Within seventy-two (72) hours of\n\nlocation or discovery of the missing or runaway person, the sheriff,\n\nchief of police, city marshal, constable, or any other law\n\nenforcement officer shall notify the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation and remove the entry from the National Crime\n\nInformation Center. Upon location or discovery of the missing or\n\nrunaway person, the sheriff, chief of police, city marshal,\n\nconstable or any other law enforcement officer shall immediately\n\nmake the appropriate entry to the National Crime Information Center\n\nin accordance with NCIC standard operating procedures.\n\nB. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Oklahoma\n\nLaw Enforcement Telecommunications System shall jointly establish\n\nthe procedures and guidelines necessary for enacting and maintaining\n\nan electronic database for missing and runaway persons in the State\n\nof Oklahoma which is compatible with the data collection entry\n\nprocedures of the National Crime Information Center. The Oklahoma\n\nState Bureau of Investigation shall establish guidelines for law\n\nenforcement officers concerning the collection and dissemination of\n\ninformation concerning missing or runaway persons.\n\nC. Whenever a missing or runaway person report regarding a\n\nperson born in the State of Oklahoma and under eighteen (18) years\n\nof age is received by a sheriff, chief of police, city marshal,\n\nconstable or any other law enforcement officer, and there is reason\n\nto believe that the person is the victim of a family abduction, the\n\nreporting agency shall notify the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation, the Bureau shall immediately notify the State\n\nCommissioner of Health that the person has been reported to be\n\nmissing. The Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation\n\nand the State Commissioner of Health shall jointly establish the\n\nprocedures and forms necessary for the transmittal of information\n\nbetween the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the State\n\nDepartment of Health required pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n150.1 et seq. of this title.\n\nD.
