Effective July 1, 1980, the Statistical Analysis Division of\n\nthe present Oklahoma Crime Commission shall be transferred to the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. All unexpended funds,\n\nproperty, records, personnel and any outstanding financial\n\nobligations or encumbrances of the Crime Commission which relate to\n\nthe Statistical Analysis Division are hereby transferred to the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.\n\nB. Effective July 1, 1988, the personnel transferred from the\n\nOklahoma Crime Commission to the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation and persons occupying the position of any such\n\npersonnel on July 1, 1988, shall become subject to the provisions of\n\nthe Merit System of Personnel Administration. All incumbent\n\nemployees subject to this subsection shall be classified without\n\nregard to status or examinations. Such employees shall be granted\n\nstatus in the class of positions to which the employee's position is\n\nallocated by the Office of Personnel Management.\n\nC.
