Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.19a","heading":"OSBI Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to be designated the\n\n\"OSBI Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of any monies\n\nreceived from the sale of surplus property, fees and receipts\n\ncollected pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, fines,\n\nforfeitures, fees, charges, receipts, donations, gifts, bequests,\n\ncontributions, devises, interagency reimbursements, federal funds\n\nunless otherwise provided by federal law or regulation, or any other\n\nsource. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma State\n\nBureau of Investigation for operating expenses of the Bureau, for\n\nthe purpose of implementing the Oklahoma Reward System pursuant to\n\nSection 150.18 of this title, and to purchase equipment and provide\n\ntraining to law enforcement agencies located in the state, pursuant\n\nto Section 62.9 of this title.
