Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.21b","heading":"OSBI reports concerning use of deadly force","body":"Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, when the\n\nCommissioner of Public Safety has requested the Oklahoma State\n\nBureau of Investigation to conduct a criminal investigation of any\n\nincident involving the use of deadly force by a commissioned officer\n\nof the Department of Public Safety while in the official performance\n\nof such officer’s duties, the Commissioner may use the report and\n\nthe investigative information and materials in the furtherance of\n\nadministrative matters within the Department, including, but not\n\nlimited to, taking personnel actions and conducting internal\n\ninvestigations.
