As of July 1, 1985, the persons employed as of June 30,\n\n1985, by the Corporation Commission as special motor carrier\n\nenforcement officers and as the supervisor officer pursuant to\n\nSection 171.1 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be and are\n\nordered transferred to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation\n\nfor the purpose of oil and gas theft investigations.\n\nB. No employee transferred pursuant to this section shall be\n\nrequired to accept a lesser grade or salary than presently received\n\nplus any salary adjustments provided by the Legislature for state\n\nemployees. No entrance examination shall be required for the\n\npersons so transferred.\n\nC.
