Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.24","heading":"Automated fingerprint identification system -","body":"Coordination with law enforcement agencies.\n\nOn or before January 1, 1991, there shall be established within\n\nthe Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation a computerized\n\nfingerprint identification system (AFIS). The Oklahoma State Bureau\n\nof Investigation shall coordinate the use of this system and\n\nequipment with federal, state, county, and municipal law enforcement\n\nagencies. All county sheriff departments and all police departments\n\nfor municipalities may participate in this system. The Oklahoma\n\nState Bureau of Investigation shall establish standards and\n\nguidelines for fingerprinting for the automated fingerprint\n\nidentification system.
