Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, to be designated the\n\n\"A.F.I.S. Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, from appropriations,\n\nfederal grants and assessments levied to said fund pursuant to law.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nState Bureau of Investigation for the purpose of maintaining and\n\noperating the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (A.F.I.S.)\n\nuntil the indebtedness for the purchase of the automated fingerprint\n\nidentification system equipment has been satisfied and to purchase\n\nequipment and provide training to law enforcement agencies located\n\nin the state, pursuant to Section 62.9 of this title. After the\n\nindebtedness has been satisfied, any monies not necessary for the\n\nmaintenance, operating and upgrading expenses of the A.F.I.S. may be\n\nused for purchase, renovation or leasing of buildings, upgrading of\n\nlaboratory equipment, and other capital expenditures of the Oklahoma\n\nState Bureau of Investigation and to purchase equipment and provide\n\ntraining to law enforcement agencies located in the state, pursuant\n\nto Section 62.9 of this title.
