Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.35","heading":"Forensic Science Improvement Revolving Fund – Creation","body":"- Use of fund\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to be designated the\n\n\"Forensic Science Improvement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all appropriated funds, any funds from state, federal or\n\nother grants, the funds collected from assessments provided by\n\nSection 1313.4 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes, any monies\n\ntransferred from the OSBI Revolving Fund; and any other monies\n\ndesignated to or deposited to the benefit of this fund. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of this fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation for the purpose of improvement of the forensic science\n\nservices of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation including,\n\nbut not limited to:\n\n1. Purchase, construction, renovation, financing or leasing of\n\nfacilities and equipment;\n\n2. Purchase, rental, upgrades, repair, and maintenance of\n\ninstrumentation and equipment;\n\n3. Salaries, benefits, training, equipment, supplies, and\n\noverhead expenses for agency personnel;\n\n4. Education, training and development of OSBI personnel;\n\n5. Destruction of seized property and chemicals;\n\n6. Accreditation and quality assurance expenses;\n\n7. Professional services contracts;\n\n8. Purchase equipment and provide training to law enforcement\n\nagencies located in this state, pursuant to Section 62.9 of this\n\ntitle; and\n\n9.
