The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation shall be under\n\nthe operational control of a Director. The Director shall be\n\nappointed or dismissed by a majority vote of the total membership of\n\nthe Commission. The Director shall be a professional law\n\nenforcement officer who possesses a bachelor's degree from an\n\naccredited college or university and who shall have a minimum of\n\nfive (5) years' experience in criminal investigation and/or law\n\nenforcement or five (5) years' experience as an agent with said\n\nBureau and must have at least two (2) years' experience in an\n\nadministrative position.\n\nB.
