Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.7f","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"It is unlawful for any insurer or agent authorized by the\n\ninsurer to act on its behalf to violate any provision of Sections 1\n\nthrough 4 of this act. Any person convicted of suchviolation shall\n\nbe guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by the imposition of a fine of\n\nnot more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in\n\nthe county jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment.
