Stat. tit. 74, § 74-150.9.1","heading":"Authority to require criminal record searches and","body":"fingerprints of agency employees and contractors.\n\nThe Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Department of Human\n\nServices and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be\n\nauthorized to require agency employees and the employees of agency\n\ncontractors in positions that have access to Federal Tax Information\n\nand data to supply all information and documentation required in\n\norder to be subjected to a criminal history search by the Oklahoma\n\nState Bureau of Investigation, as well as be fingerprinted for\n\nsubmission of the fingerprints through the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a national\n\ncriminal history check. The submitting agency shall be the\n\nrecipient of the results of the record check.
