Stat. tit. 74, § 74-152.5","heading":"Disposition of monies - Reports - Oil and Gas Theft","body":"Recovery Revolving Fund.\n\nA. All monies received from fines and forfeitures for\n\nviolations of the provisions of this act on behalf of the Bureau,\n\nwhen collected by the court clerk, shall be deposited by such clerk\n\nas follows:\n\n1. Fifty percent (50%) thereof with the county treasurer to be\n\ncredited to the general fund of the county and so reported; and\n\n2. Fifty percent (50%) shall be transmitted to the Oil and Gas\n\nTheft Recovery Fund by cash voucher and so reported.\n\nB. All transmittals of monies under this section shall be\n\naccompanied by a report showing the name of the court, the number of\n\nthe case, the style of the case and the amount of fine and\n\nforfeiture in each separate instance.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Bureau, to be designated the \"Oil and Gas Theft\n\nRecovery Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived by the Bureau, from fines and forfeitures received pursuant\n\nto this act.
