Stat. tit. 74, § 74-152.7","heading":"Failure to stop vehicle or permit inspection - Penalties","body":"- Disposition of monies.\n\nA. Each person transporting oil or gas or salt water who:\n\n1. Willfully and knowingly fails to stop his vehicle when\n\ncommanded to do so by any person authorized to stop and inspect a\n\nvehicle pursuant to Section 5 of this act; or\n\n2. Willfully fails to permit inspection by such authorized\n\nperson of the contents of the vehicle or the load ticket in the\n\npossession of such person or accompanying such vehicle, upon\n\nconviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more\n\nthan six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
