There is hereby created the State Department of\n\nRehabilitation Services, to be governed by the Commission for\n\nRehabilitation Services.\n\nB. The Director of the Department of Rehabilitation Services\n\nshall be the chief executive officer of the Department. The\n\nDirector shall have the training and experience necessary for the\n\nadministration of the Department, as determined by the Commission\n\nfor Rehabilitation Services. The Director may employ such staff as\n\nmay be necessary to perform the duties of the Department.\n\nC.
