The State Department of Rehabilitation Services, pursuant to\n\nrules promulgated by the Commission for Rehabilitation Services,\n\nshall establish a \"Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program\".\n\nThe purpose of the Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program is to\n\nenhance the range of choices and options available to Social\n\nSecurity Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income\n\ndisability beneficiaries who are seeking vocational rehabilitation\n\nservices to obtain and maintain employment opportunities.\n\nB. Components of the Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency\n\nProgram pursuant to federal Ticket to Work and Work Incentives\n\nImprovement Act of 1999 shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Program participation guidelines, eligibility requirements,\n\nand program performance standards;\n\n2. Requirements for periodic quality assurance reviews and\n\ncustomer service satisfaction surveys; and\n\n3. Requirements for a dispute resolution process.\n\nC. The Commission for Rehabilitation Services shall promulgate\n\nany rules necessary to implement provisions of the Oklahoma Ticket\n\nto Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act regarding the Ticket to\n\nWork and Self-Sufficiency Program.\n\nD.
