The Commission for Rehabilitation Services shall meet a\n\nminimum of ten (10) times per calendar year and shall hold a regular\n\nannual meeting at which it shall elect from among its membership a\n\nchairperson and a vice-chairperson. Special meetings may be held at\n\nsuch times as may be deemed necessary or advisable by a majority of\n\nthe Commission members.\n\nB. 1. All meetings of the Commission shall be open and public\n\nand shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nOpen Meeting Act, Section 301 et seq. of Title 25 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and the Oklahoma Open Records Act, Section 24A.1 et seq.\n\nof Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n2. A secretary of the Commission shall be appointed by the\n\nCommission, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Commission.\n\nThe secretary may or may not be a member of the Commission. The\n\nCommission may employ such other persons and may rent or purchase\n\nsuch equipment as it deems necessary or desirable to carry out the\n\nprovisions of this act.\n\n3.
