Stat. tit. 74, § 74-166.4","heading":"Transfer of Rehabilitation Services Division of","body":"Department of Human Services.\n\nA. Effective July 1, 1993, the Rehabilitation Services Division\n\nof the Department of Human Services is hereby transferred from the\n\nDepartment of Human Services and the Oklahoma Public Welfare\n\nCommission to the State Department of Rehabilitation Services,\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 1 of this act.\n\nB. The transfer shall include:\n\n1. All powers, duties, responsibilities, properties, assets,\n\nfund balances, encumbrances, obligations, records, personnel and\n\nliabilities including, but not limited to, liability for all\n\nRehabilitation Services Division employees' sick leave, annual\n\nleave, holidays, unemployment benefits and workers' compensation\n\nbenefits accruing to employees prior to July 1, 1993, which are\n\nattributable to the Rehabilitation Services Division;\n\n2. All programs funded by the federal Rehabilitation Act as\n\namended;\n\n3. All related programs and facilities presently operated by\n\nthe Rehabilitation Services Division of the Department of Human\n\nServices as follows:\n\na. vocational and related rehabilitation services,\n\nb. the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically\n\nHandicapped,\n\nc. the Vending Facility Program,\n\nd. the Transitional Living Center for the Deaf,\n\ne. telecommunications devices for the deaf,\n\nf. interpreter services,\n\ng. telephone relay service,\n\nh. the Disability Determination Unit,\n\ni. the Oklahoma School for the Blind, and\n\nj. the Oklahoma School for the Deaf; and\n\n4. All real property as follows:\n\na. the Oklahoma City Evaluation Center located at 5813\n\nSouth Robinson in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,\n\nb. the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped\n\nlocated at 300 N.E. 18th Street in Oklahoma City,\n\nOklahoma,\n\nc. the Transitional Living Center located at 5903 N.W.\n\n52nd Street in Warr Acres, Oklahoma,\n\nd. the Oklahoma School for the Blind located at 3300\n\nGibson in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and\n\ne. the Oklahoma School for the Deaf located at East 10th\n\nand Tahlequah Streets in Sulphur, Oklahoma.\n\nC.
