The Commission for Rehabilitation Services is hereby\n\nauthorized to:\n\n1. Establish an employee performance recognition program that\n\nrecognizes outstanding job performance and productivity within the\n\nState Department of Rehabilitation Services;\n\n2. Expend monies available from the Department's operating\n\nfunds to purchase recognition awards for presentation to employees\n\nwith exceptional job performance records, or who make other\n\nsignificant contributions to the operation of the Department. Such\n\nawards may be presented at a formal or informal ceremony, banquet or\n\nreception, the cost of which may be expended from monies available\n\nin the Department's operating funds. Awards to recognize employee\n\nachievement pursuant to this subsection may consist of wearing\n\napparel, service pins, plaques, writing pens, or other items valued\n\nat not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per award.\n\nDiscussion regarding the selection of the annual Commissioner's\n\nAward shall be confidential.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Commission\n\nfor Rehabilitation Services is authorized to use receipt of funds\n\nfrom the Social Security reimbursement program for a direct service\n\ndelivery staff incentive program. Incentives may be awarded if case\n\nservice costs are reimbursed for job placement of Social Security or\n\nSupplemental Security Income recipients at the Substantial Gainful\n\nActivity (SGA) level for nine (9) months pursuant to 42 U.S.C.,\n\nSection 422, and under those conditions and criteria as are\n\nestablished by the federal reimbursement program.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ecde3de208c4da1ea1c58b78c1de5bab65082d4ca740b6f4a23ea42a7eb6a452","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-166.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-166.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
