Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1705","heading":"The Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan. The\n\nfund shall be designated \"The Oklahoma State Employees Deferred\n\nCompensation Plan Fund\". The revolving fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund and shall consist of all monies other than appropriated funds\n\nreceived by the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan\n\npursuant to statutory authority. Monies accruing to the fund may be\n\nexpended by the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System pursuant\n\nto the laws of this state.
