Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1734","heading":"Reimbursement due to termination of service or fewer than","body":"required hours of service.\n\nIf an eligible employee on whose behalf payment has been made\n\npursuant to Section 4 of this act terminates service with the payor\n\nagency prior to the expiration of the required payback period, the\n\nemployee shall be required to reimburse the agency for the amount of\n\nthe qualified education loan expense.
