Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1811.4","heading":"State Capitol Park - Definition - Maintenance and","body":"operation.\n\nA. \"State Capitol Park\" shall consist of all portions of the\n\nState Capitol grounds and within such boundaries as are located in\n\nthe State Capitol Complex, including the Governor's Mansion and all\n\nproperties within the public right-of-way along Lincoln Boulevard\n\nnorth from the north boundary line of Northeast 13th Street to the\n\nsouth boundary line of Northeast 28th Street and along Business\n\nRoute 66, known as Northeast 23rd Street, from the east edge of\n\nSanta Fe Street east to the west edge of Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma\n\nCity, Oklahoma, as designated on the amended plat filed in the\n\noffice of the Secretary of State as File Number 155 in the State\n\nProperty Records.\n\nB. The Department of Central Services shall be responsible for\n\nthe maintenance and operation of the State Capitol Park.\n\nC.
