Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1811.4C","heading":"State Capitol Park and State Capitol Complex -","body":"Provisions of Title 47 applicable to streets and highways - Primary\n\nlaw enforcement agency - Application of administrative rules.\n\nA. The provisions of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be\n\napplicable to all streets and highways within the State Capitol Park\n\nin Oklahoma City and the State Capitol Complex in Tulsa. The\n\nDepartment of Public Safety shall be the primary law enforcement\n\nagency within the State Capitol Park and within the State Capitol\n\nComplex, upon its establishment, and shall enforce and supervise the\n\nenforcement of all parking, traffic and criminal laws therein.\n\nB. The rules for the \"Use of Public Areas of Capitol and\n\nPlazas\" and for the \"Use of State Capitol Park\", as promulgated by\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services and set out in\n\nSubchapters 3 and 5 of Chapter 60 of Title 260 of the Oklahoma\n\nAdministrative Code, are applicable to the State Capitol Park and\n\nState Capitol Complex. The Department of Public Safety shall have\n\nthe exclusive authority to enforce these rules. A violation of a\n\nrule shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one (1)\n\nyear, or by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or\n\nby both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nC.
