Stat. tit. 74, § 74-18d","heading":"District attorneys, aiding and requiring aid of","body":"The Attorney General shall have authority to require the aid and\n\nassistance of district attorneys in their respective counties in the\n\nmatters hereinbefore enumerated and may in any case brought to the\n\nSupreme Court or Criminal Court of Appeals from their respective\n\ncounties demand and receive the assistance of the district attorney\n\nfrom whose county such case is brought.
