Stat. tit. 74, § 74-18l","heading":"Collection of fees for legal services from certain","body":"agencies.\n\nThe Office of the Attorney General may levy and collect a\n\nreasonable fee from the Department of Consumer Credit, the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, the Teachers' Retirement System\n\nof Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, the\n\nOklahoma Development Finance Authority, the Oklahoma Industrial\n\nFinance Authority, the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority, the\n\nDepartment of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority, the Board of Regents of Oklahoma\n\nColleges, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the\n\nOklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs, the State Fire Marshal Commission,\n\nthe Commission on Children and Youth, the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry, the Oklahoma Human Rights\n\nCommission, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System, the\n\nOklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Tourism\n\nand Recreation Department, and the Department of Rehabilitation\n\nServices for the purpose of providing legal services requested by\n\nsuch entities.
