The Attorney General or any district attorney, in such\n\nperson’s discretion, may bring an action for an injunction against\n\nany batterers intervention, domestic violence program or sexual\n\nassault program found to be in violation of the provisions of this\n\ntitle or of any order or determination of the Attorney General.\n\nB.
