The Office of the Attorney General shall have the authority\n\nto collect information sufficient to meet its responsibilities\n\nrelated to oversight, management, evaluation, performance\n\nimprovement and auditing of domestic violence and sexual assault\n\nservices and combating and preventing domestic violence and sexual\n\nassault in this state.\n\nB. The individual forms, computer and electronic data, and\n\nother forms of information collected by and furnished to the\n\nAttorney General shall be confidential and shall not be public\n\nrecords as defined in the Oklahoma Open Records Act.\n\nC.
