Stat. tit. 74, § 74-18q","heading":"State Reserved Powers Protection Unit","body":"There is hereby created within the Office of the Attorney\n\nGeneral a State Reserved Powers Protection Unit to monitor and\n\nevaluate any action by the federal government including, but not\n\nlimited to, executive orders by the President of the United States,\n\nrules or regulations promulgated by an agency of the federal\n\ngovernment or acts of Congress to determine if such actions are in\n\nviolation of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United\n\nStates.
