Stat. tit. 74, § 74-18q-1","heading":"Federal Overreach and Extraordinary Litigation Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"Federal Overreach and Extraordinary Litigation Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies eligible and designated\n\nfor deposit by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOffice of the Attorney General for the purposes of addressing\n\nfederal overreach. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, the term \"addressing federal\n\noverreach\" includes efforts by the Office of the Attorney General\n\nrelated to:\n\n1. Duties assigned pursuant to paragraph 24 of subsection A of\n\nSection 18b of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. The State Reserved Powers Protection Unit created pursuant\n\nto Section 18q of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n3.
