Stat. tit. 74, § 74-19.1","heading":"Attorney General's Law Enforcement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"Attorney General's Law Enforcement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of any monies received from the sale of confiscated\n\nproperty, the seizure and forfeiture of confiscated monies,\n\nproperty, gifts, bequests, revises or contributions, public or\n\nprivate, including federal funds unless otherwise provided by\n\nfederal law or regulation. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Attorney General for the purposes of investigation,\n\nenforcement and prosecution of cases involving criminal and\n\nforfeiture laws of this state and the United States of America or to\n\nmatch federal grants.
