Stat. tit. 74, § 74-19.3","heading":"Attorney General’s Insurance Fraud Unit Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General, to be designated the\n\n\"Attorney General's Insurance Fraud Unit Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal limitations, and\n\nshall consist of any monies designated to the fund by law. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Attorney General for the\n\npurposes of investigation, civil action, criminal action, or\n\nreferral to the district attorney in cases involving suspected\n\ninsurance fraud.
