There is hereby created the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame Board\n\nof Directors. The Board shall be permanently housed in the\n\nGreenwood Cultural Center located in Tulsa. The Oklahoma Jazz Hall\n\nof Fame will be governed by the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame Board of\n\nDirectors as it is constituted on the effective date of this act.\n\nThe facility and properties shall be managed by the Greenwood\n\nCultural Center Board of Directors, except those under the\n\njurisdiction of the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.\n\nB.
