The Attorney General shall publish all written opinions\n\nwhich he or she promulgates in connection with the interpretation of\n\nthe laws of this state in an electronic format that is accessible to\n\nthe public at no cost. The Attorney General may print the written\n\nopinions in bound volumes at his or her discretion.\n\nB. The Attorney General may sell any surplus bound volumes and\n\nrequested individual copies of opinions to help cover the cost of\n\nthe publication, postal charges and other necessary expenses.\n\nProceeds of such sales shall be deposited into the fund established\n\npursuant to subsection C of this section.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Attorney General, to be designated the Attorney\n\nGeneral's Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\nreceived from the sale of copies of surplus bound volumes and\n\nrequested individual copies of opinions and such other monies as are\n\nprovided for by law.
