Stat. tit. 74, § 74-20k-1B","heading":"Oklahoma Sheriff's Office Funding Assistance Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Sheriff's Office Funding Assistance Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies directed to the fund\n\nand eligible for deposit by law. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Office of the Attorney General exclusively for the\n\npurposes and in compliance with the Oklahoma Sheriff's Office\n\nFunding Assistance Grant Program, created in Section 1 of this act.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5dfb6565214ef05df6cf1b387a74569b08540d4832fa25122b1acd4410231048","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-20k-1a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-20l"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
