Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2103","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Export Trading Company Act:\n\n1. \"Export trade\" means trade or commerce in goods or services\n\nproduced in the United States which are exported, or in the course\n\nof being exported, from the United States to any other country;\n\n2. \"Goods\" include, but are not limited to, manufactured\n\nproducts, natural resources, and agricultural products;\n\n3. \"Services\" include, but are not limited to, accounting,\n\namusement, architectural, automatic data processing, business,\n\ncommunications, construction, franchising and licensing, consulting,\n\nengineering, financial, insurance, legal, management, repair,\n\ntourism, training, and transportation services;\n\n4. The term \"export trade services\" includes, but is not\n\nlimited to, consulting, international market research, advertising,\n\nmarketing, insurance, product research and design, legal assistance,\n\ntransportation, including trade documentation and freight\n\nforwarding, communication and processing of foreign orders to and\n\nfor exporters and foreign purchasers, warehousing, foreign exchange,\n\nand financing, when provided in order to facilitate the export of\n\ngoods or services produced in the United States;\n\n5. \"Export trading company\" means a corporation, whether\n\noperated for profit or as a nonprofit organization, which does\n\nbusiness under the laws of this state and which is organized and\n\noperated principally for purposes of facilitating the export of\n\ngoods or services produced in the United States by unaffiliated\n\npersons by providing one or more export trade services.
