Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2121","heading":"International trade processing - Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. “International trade processing authority” means a public\n\ntrust heretofore created pursuant to Section 176 of Title 60 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes with powers to construct, acquire, equip and\n\noperate an international trade processing center;\n\n2. “International trade processing center” means a facility\n\nconstructed and operated for the purpose of facilitating the export\n\nof goods or services produced in the United States and the import of\n\ngoods or services to the United States that are produced in other\n\ncountries;\n\n3. “Other governmental entities” means the State of Oklahoma,\n\nits agencies and political subdivisions, public trusts other than an\n\ninternational trade processing authority, other states and their\n\nagencies and political subdivisions, and the federal government and\n\nagencies thereof; and\n\n4. “Project” or “projects” means any facility constructed or\n\nimprovements made under the provisions of this act by an\n\ninternational trade processing authority for the purpose of\n\nacquiring, constructing, equipping and operating an international\n\ntrade processing center, including rail, water, air, highway\n\nintermodal facilities, and commercial support facilities, and shall\n\ninclude all buildings, structures, landscaping, infrastructure,\n\nutilities, roadways, railways, parking structures, parking lots,\n\nsidewalks, personal property and fixtures, equipment and machinery,\n\nand other improvements which an international trade processing\n\nauthority may deem necessary for the operation of such project,\n\ntogether with all property, rights, easements and interests which\n\nmay be acquired by an international trade processing authority for\n\nthe construction or operation of such.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"09de39410a8ff80362063af762003991ca90e3ff3d39030ca7b20fad9a486ed3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-212.4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-2122"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
