Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2123","heading":"Lease, loan, grant, or conveyance of property to","body":"international trade processing authority - Development of\n\ninternational trade processing center.\n\nA. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, other\n\ngovernmental entities are hereby authorized and empowered to lease,\n\nlend, grant, or convey to an international trade processing\n\nauthority at its request, upon such terms and conditions as the\n\nproper authorities of such other governmental entities may deem\n\nreasonable and fair, and without the necessity for any other action\n\nor formality other than the regular and formal action of authorities\n\nconcerned, any property which may be necessary or convenient to the\n\neffectuation of the authorized purposes of the international trade\n\nprocessing authority, including property already devoted to public\n\nuse.\n\nB. Each project, when constructed, shall be maintained and kept\n\nin good condition and repair by the international trade processing\n\nauthority.\n\nC.
