Stat. tit. 74, § 74-217","heading":"Performance of duties by Deputy State Auditor and","body":"Inspector - Traveling expenses - Receipt of other compensation -\n\nFalse reports - Failure to perform duties.\n\nIf by reason of sickness, absence or other cause, the State\n\nAuditor and Inspector is temporarily unable to perform the duties of\n\nthe office, the Deputy State Auditor and Inspector shall perform the\n\nduties of the office of State Auditor and Inspector until such\n\ndisability ceases, whenever the same will not be inconsistent with\n\nthe Constitution.\n\nThe State Auditor and Inspector shall be reimbursed actual and\n\nnecessary travel expenses when traveling on official state business\n\nas provided by the State Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\nIf the State Auditor and Inspector, or any deputy, or employee,\n\nshall at any time, directly or indirectly, receive compensation for\n\nservice, or neglect of service, other than that provided for in this\n\narticle, such person shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense\n\nand shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections\n\nB through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nThe making of a false report knowingly by the State Auditor and\n\nInspector, or any assistant or deputy, authorized by this article,\n\nof the financial condition of any office or institution required or\n\nauthorized to be examined by this article shall, upon conviction, be\n\na Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes. Any failure to perform the duties\n\nrequired of them to be performed by this article shall constitute a\n\nmisdemeanor.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 8124.
