Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2201","heading":"Creation of Commission and Department","body":"There is hereby created the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nCommission, hereinafter referred to as the \"Commission,\" and the\n\nOklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, hereinafter referred to\n\nas the \"Department”.
