Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2212","heading":"Powers, rights and privileges of Commission","body":"\n\nThe Commission shall have the authority to exercise the\n\nfollowing powers, rights and privileges related to state parks:\n\n1. Have the exclusive possession and control of, and to operate\n\nand maintain for the benefit of the people of the State of Oklahoma\n\nall state parks and all lands and other properties now or hereafter\n\nowned or leased by the state or Commission for park or recreational\n\npurposes;\n\n2. Acquire by purchase, exchange, lease, gift, condemnation, or\n\nin any other manner and to maintain, use and operate any and all\n\nproperty, real, personal or mixed, necessary or convenient to the\n\nexercise of the powers, rights, privileges and functions conferred\n\nupon it by the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement\n\nAct. Title to all such property shall be vested in the State of\n\nOklahoma, although such property is sometimes herein referred to as\n\nproperty \"of the Commission\". The power of condemnation herein\n\ngranted shall be exercised in the manner provided by the general\n\nlaws of the state for the condemnation of property by the state;\n\n3. Subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and\n\nRecreation Enhancement Act, from time to time lease, without\n\nrestriction as to term, any property which the Commission shall\n\ndetermine to be necessary or convenient to more fully carry into\n\neffect the duties and powers of said Commission; and\n\n4.
