Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2217","heading":"Public access and use of state parks - Prohibitions","body":"The public shall have the right to access and use the\n\nfacilities, services, and programs provided within state parks.\n\n1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person may:\n\na. discharge fireworks in any area of a state park unless\n\nspecified otherwise by the Division of State Parks\n\nDirector,\n\nb. possess any glass container in a designated and posted\n\nswim or beach area within a state park,\n\nc. build a fire within a state park in areas posted as\n\nprohibited by the Department,\n\nd. solicit or demand gifts, money, goods or services\n\nwithin a state park,\n\ne. enter a state park with a dog, unless the dog is on a\n\nleash, or permit any dog to enter a state park or\n\nrecreation area under the jurisdiction of the\n\nCommission. It is further provided that any\n\nauthorized member of the Department or any authorized\n\nemployee of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife\n\nConservation may kill any vicious dog found running\n\nloose in any state park which poses imminent threat to\n\nhumans or other animals, or which may be chasing or\n\nrunning any game in the state park. Any such\n\nauthorized employees of the Departments shall not be\n\nheld liable for the killing of said dog,\n\nf. injure, destroy, mutilate or deface any building,\n\nstructure, sign, rock, tree, shrub, vine, or property,\n\nor dispose of any matter which will likely contaminate\n\nany swimming pool or other waters on the state park,\n\nor take, kill, injure, pursue, hunt, or molest, any\n\nwild game animal, or mar or rifle the nest of any bird\n\nor the den or nest or abode of any wild animal within\n\nany of the state parks, recreational grounds or state\n\nmonuments now created or which may be hereafter\n\nacquired or designated,\n\ng. use or operate motor vehicles, including motorcycles,\n\nmotorbikes or motor scooters, in areas not\n\nspecifically posted by the Department, or\n\nh. sell, hawk, or peddle within a state park any goods,\n\nwares, merchandise, liquids, edibles, or any item of\n\nvalue, without having a contract or lease agreement\n\napproved by the Commission.\n\n2. Any such violation of the provisions of this section shall\n\nbe punishable as a misdemeanor, and subject to a fine of not less\n\nthan Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and no more than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00), or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than\n\nthirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\n3.
